Returns & Exchanges:

Important: Partial returns are not allowed, You must either accept the entire order or return it in full. 

Important: You can only open the package in front of the courier but you cannot try it on. 

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us on Instagram @anash_re with your order number provided in the confirmation email.

Returns & Exchange Fees

To calculate the return/exchange shipping fees, we add 50 EGP to the original shipping fees you paid. This extra fees on top of the shipping fee is to return the item in its original condition ready for the next customer! 

Example: If your shipping fee for delivery the first time is 75 EGP, to return your item it'll be 75 EGP + 50 EGP = 125 EGP return/exchange fees. 

Process Time

Once we receive your return and inspect and approve the return, we will ask you to provide us with your Instapay, any mobile wallet or bank account. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
